Wealth Hypnosis: Your Mind Can Make You Rich

Are you a hypnosis fan? Perhaps hypnosis has helped you to improve your life: perhaps you used hypnotherapy and lost weight, or stopped smoking, or gained self-confidence. Hypnosis can do much more for you too — it can even help you to become rich.

Of course hypnosis isn’t a magic wand. You can’t visit a hypnotherapist and walk out the door with a million-dollar bank account. However, what hypnosis can do is help you to remove all the negative beliefs which are holding you back from achieving success, and from wealth.

Let’s look at how hypnosis can help you to succeed.

1. You Can Develop Prosperity Consciousness

Firstly, hypnosis can help you to develop a prosperity consciousness. This is a mind state in which you know, without a shadow of doubt, that not only is it possible for you to become wealthy, you’re already well on the way to achievement.

Hypnosis can do this, because it removes your mental blocks and resistances.

2. Learn Hypnosis: Create Your Own Suggestions

If you’ve had some hypnosis sessions, you know what hypnosis feels like. Now it’s time to learn self hypnosis, so that you can use it every day, to visualize success, and to give yourself suggestions.

Self hypnosis is easy to learn. You can learn from personal instruction, or from a CD.

Once you know how to use self hypnosis, create your own suggestions.

You can change your suggestions every day, as you need to.

For example, perhaps you’ve set a goal, and have created tasks which will help you to achieve the goal, but you’re not doing the tasks. In your next self hypnosis session, suggest to yourself that you will complete the tasks, because they’re easy and fun.

You could also create suggestions to help you to accomplish what you don’t know how to do. You may need finance for a venture. You could a create a suggestion that you will be guided to finding a company which will give you funding.

There are no limits to the ways in which you can use self hypnosis on your road to wealth and prosperity.

3. Use Self Hypnosis Every Day

Once you get into the swing of using hypnosis for wealth, you’ll find it’s a lot of fun, because you’re no longer blocked or intimidated, and you’re using all your abilities. Before you know it, you’ll be well on the way to achieving all the wealth you want.

Self Hypnosis - Five Simple Steps to Success

Self hypnosis is a valuable self help skill. You can learn it very easily, and the more often you use it, the better you’ll get at it. Discover how in this article.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis. When you’re hypnotized by someone else, that person takes charge of helping you to relax by distraction, and giving you suggestions. You can learn to do it for yourself.

A hypnosis session has three elements: relaxation and distraction, suggestions, and the return. Once you know how they work, and how hypnosis feels, you can use “instant” hypnosis in your everyday life.

Why use hypnosis? Simply to get more out of life. You can eliminate bad habits like overeating and smoking, and develop good habits. You can also develop a powerful memory, and an out-going personality.

Read these five tips, then use them.

1. Focus and relax… let your imagination go

Self hypnosis starts by creating a private space for yourself. Close your office door. Lie down, or sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Keep your back straight, whether you’re lying down or sitting. Take several deep breaths.

2. Choose a daydream scenario to relax completely

Create a daydream. Imagine yourself in your favorite place: on a beach, in the mountains - anywhere you choose. You’re completely relaxed, just enjoying yourself lying in the sun.

3. Write a simple script, or use affirmations

Once you’re completely relaxed, you can give yourself suggestions. You can write a script (open your eyes to read it), or just repeat affirmations.

4. Coming back - count yourself back to your normal waking state

Now count yourself back to consciousness - five, four, three, two, one - wide awake!

5. Repeat daily for success

The more often you practice self hypnosis, the more successful you’ll be. Choose one thing to work on - overeating, getting a better memory, eliminating shyness - and work with it for at least two weeks.

A self hypnosis session can be completed in five minutes, once you’ve practiced. Enjoy your self hypnosis sessions - they’re great for stress relief, and they can help you to success in all areas of your life.

Help yourself with self-hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a great technique to focus and also to solve many problems and conditions. Here is a seven step list to help you learn the basics of self hypnosis.

1. Find a quiet place in which you sit or lay down comfortably. Allow yourself 30 minutes for your session. Some people find it best to turn down the lighting and play a CD of soft nature sounds. Close your eyes and take several long, slow deep breaths. Try to release any stress from your body. Totally clear your mind.

2. Picture yourself descending a long staircase very slowly. Count each step and picture every detail. Imagine every detail of the staircase: the railing, the floor, the ceiling. Breathe slowly in and out during your entire descent.

3. When you’ve reached the bottom of the staircase, begin speaking slowly and calmly to yourself about the problem at hand. Use the present tense and positive statements. For example: “I am very relaxed.” “I am confident.” “I can complete my work well.” “If I feel the urge to smoke, I will tap a pencil instead”. “If I want to eat, I will stretch my fingers instead.” (It helps if you have written out a series of statements before your session starts.

4. Repeat your statements as often as you need to until you feel satisfied. Wait a few minutes to enjoy your relaxed state.

5. Picture yourself slowly climbing the stairs, counting backward for each step. When you reach the top, continue to breathe slowly and open your eyes. You should feel completely relaxed and refreshed.

6. If you have been lying down, be very careful when you stand up. You could get dizzy because your blood pressure dropped while you were lying down.

7. Slowly resume your routine.

These are only a few very basic techniques to get you started. There are many others. Some people like to imagine they are in the mountains or sitting by the ocean. Other people start the process by tensing then relaxing each body part in turn. The point is to gradually relax, thus increasing your focus. Try several of these techniques until you find the one that works best for you.

While hypnosis won’t solve every problem, you will find that this simple technique can help you feel much better. If you are on medications, continue taking them even if you feel better after your self-hypnosis session. You may want to buy a self-hypnosis book or CD to help you.

You may also consider visiting a professional hypnotherapist for additional help. Be sure the hypnotherapist is licensed and does not make over-inflated claims about his or her services. Hypnosis relies on trust between the therapist and the client, so if you have any concerns about the hypnotherapist’s skills, look elsewhere.

You can use self-hypnosis in many ways. Some people use it to quit smoking or to stop bad eating habits. Other people use it to help them focus on their work, while still others use it to combat anxiety and depression. There are studies that show hypnosis can even help cure warts. Why not give it a try and see what self hypnosis can do for you?
